Recieved a bad batch of beef pelmeni.Very disappointed with this place! This is where we usually go to get pelmeni and it's been great service and great food. HOWEVER Just last week we spent $90 on 2 bags. After eating it we got bad stomach cramps. We called them to advise them that the pelmeni may be bad because it only happened after we ate them. Where told by the son to come and exchange the bags. We just took them in and the father said that it was something in the air that was making us sick as his kids got sick aswell. Which makes total sense if we only got them after eating these pelmeni... 🤔🤔🤔 riiiiight ( sarcasm). Anyway we were told if we didn't like the pelmeni we could throw them out because they were totally "fine". First of all that's $90 dollars down the drain and that's not ok. They went back on their word that we can return them and helped at us. At this point im going to assume we weren't the only ones that called after this batch was made with the response we got and unfortunately we won't be getting refunded and we couldn't even exchange them. We will never return here and will tell anyone and everyone in the community to not come here.
