The food cart in front of Coastal Supply in The Dalles serves up some seriously delicious Vietnamese dishes, and the quality is just as good as when they had their restaurant. I tried the beef pad thai and beef curry soup, and they were perfect for a chilly day. The portions are generous, and while the phone service might be a bit hit or miss, the tasty food makes it all worth it.
