I enjoy veggie and tempura rolls, so discovering a sushi menu with many plant-based options was exciting, especially for a cozy anniversary celebration at home during cold weather. The variety of vegan dishes, such as the flavorful vegan Chiang Mai roll and jalapeño poppers, offered a satisfying and diverse meal, though some items like the fried green dragon roll were a bit too greasy for my taste. The restaurant provides a pleasant ambiance with friendly service and reasonable prices, but I was disappointed to find the tip was pre-set higher than I usually give without my consent, which affected my overall experience.

I absolutely love exploring plant-based options on sushi menus, especially when I come across a veggie tempura roll. Recently, I decided to surprise my husband with a special sushi dinner from Uchu Sushi & Fried Chicken to celebrate our anniversary. The vegan jalapeño poppers were a rare find and the Vegan Chiang Mai roll was an absolute standout - bursting with flavor and creativity. While the fried asparagus in the Green Dragon roll was a bit too greasy for my taste, the Jungle Roll with mango and burdock root was a definite winner. Can't wait to dine in and try more inventive rolls at Uchu!
