During my stay at the Sheraton for an early flight, I dined at the Columbia Grill. The blackened halibut with mushroom risotto exceeded my expectations, even as someone who cooks fish regularly. The attentive and knowledgeable waiter enhanced our dining experience, and I would not hesitate to return for another meal.
