El Sancho catered a wedding I attended at Eagle Crest and the taco spread was impeccable with a variety of self-serve condiments and salads. The tacos, made to order with a selection of meats or vegan options, were served quickly and were incredibly delicious. The atmosphere at Crux, with its outdoor setting and selection of tasty pork carnitas tacos, made for a memorable experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Bend.
