I was actually disturbed by the bad rating given by a person whom apparently did not have the technology to review the hours, customer service, and food quality of this establishment. I have ordered delivery from here twice. It was absolutely delicious! And, the amount of food was immaculate for the price! It was fast and hot! I have an Italian family, and we thought their food and service was amazing! Thank you Kim and Karla's!!

They can NEVER deliver as advertised. Three times I have called to have food delivered and management states there delivery staff is on break or unavailable. I have personally drove to restaurant, twice they were closed with sign on the door, and once staff was rude and on there cell phone. Walked out and went to Applebee's. I hear food may or may not be that great, and apparently customer service is NOT the main priority in this establishment. Can't vouch for the food, but if you are hungry, tired, busy, don't go there. They either won't be there, or too understaffed. Would be a waste of your time.
