I had an unexpectedly fantastic experience at Zips, despite initial concerns from reviews. The staff was incredibly friendly and the food, while a bit pricey, was delicious and worth the wait. The service was exceptional, with a smile and welcoming attitude from the staff, making it the best dining experience I've had in a long time.
