I'm in heaven!

This is the third time attempting to dine at this establishment, but they are always out of something. Every time they are out of catfish!!! It shouldn't be on the menu. Once the rice was not cooked fully (barely cooked at all). The staff is very short and not welcoming. The floor and tables are always dirty. The place has gone down hill in the last 2yrs. Hopefully it can bounce back!?
The bartender and music is always nice.
