Most Asian restaurants in Bellingham have been disappointing, but Taokom Asian Bistro really impressed me with its flavorful and well-prepared dishes like the coconut shrimp and Kra pow kai that reminded me of authentic Bangkok street food. The portions are generous, the spice levels are on point if you're ready for it, and even takeout stays warm and crunchy after a short drive home. The staff is friendly, prices are fair for the quality and quantity, and I've found myself ordering from them regularly because everything hits the spot every time.

Most Asian restaurants in Bellingham have left us feeling underwhelmed, but our experience with Taokom Asian Bistro was a pleasant surprise. The Coconut Shrimp was exceptional, and the generous portions and flavorful dishes have made us eager to return and explore more of their menu.
