Some of the food was just warm not hot like its suppose to be. Mashed potatoes were water down. No fish on buffet line. Drinks were water down. We traveled 30 miles to go to Ponderosa all the time and was really disappointed. Chocolate Syrup was also watered down. Had to waste the ice cream with the chocolate. Im not a person to waste food. Not the first time we ran into this problem at this place.
