Charles made my experience unforgettable with his fantastic service at the hotel bar. As I sipped my fresh Deschutes beer, I found myself in a welcoming atmosphere where the bartenders were eager to engage or allow for quiet moments after a long day. Even though I don't visit this hotel often, the warmth and friendliness I encountered make me want to return just for the chance to see Charles again.
