This classic tiny town pub serves up French fry heaven, cooked in high-temperature peanut oil for that perfect crispy yet fluffy skin-on bite-I'm drooling like Homer Simpson just thinking about them! The welcoming crew inside makes it feel like the heart of the community, especially now with shiny new streetlights, a walking path, and a skate park adding extra charm to this quaint spot between Odessa and Euphrata.

There's this little pub in a tiny town nearby that serves the most amazing French fries. They fry them up in peanut oil at a high temp, so they come out perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. The locals there are super friendly, making it a nice spot to hang out. Next time you're passing through the area, definitely swing by for some of those mouthwatering fries!

A classic!
I'm a french fry fanatic and these are amazing. Long thin strips with skin on, crisp cooked in hightemp peanut oil; absolutely delicious!
Nice owners & staff, friendly clientele to visitors.
Will be back that way in spring and will make sure to become a regular for the fries!
