Ordered a fillet mignon. Asked for it to be butterflied. Medium. When it came it was not butterflied, it was simply cut almost in half down the center. And rare. Asked the waitress to have them butterfly cut and cook a bit longer. While waiting the owner came to my table and informed me they didn't do special orders, they were redoing it this time. But she added "We don't do that sh-t here"

The environment and food wasn't worth the price. We stopped in for dinner and we thought the food was mediocre at best - the sides were virtually tasteless and the steak overdone. The service wasn't great, and the waitress was rarely to be seen.
