I tried the tundra chicken caprese and classic Caesar at the lodge, and they were pretty good, although the menu options were limited without reservations. The ambiance at the Experience 20,320 Alaskan Grill was mountain-themed and cozy, and the service from our server Ann was lovely with a special treat for my sister-in-law's birthday.
