I came across this beautiful restaurant housed in a historic building, and the food totally blew me away-from the appetizers like caprese and cauliflower to mains like bibimbap and schnitzel, everything was fresh and flavorful. The staff, especially Jim at the bar, were super friendly and professional, making the whole experience even better with great drinks and attentive service. The vibe is cozy and welcoming with a cool, metropolitan flair, making it feel like a little slice of the big city right in Sharon Springs.
