As a local Angeleno exploring the Catskills Mountains, I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious Mexican food in Liberty, NY. The flavors were authentic and the portions were satisfying, all at reasonable prices. The fresh horchata and guacamole really hit the spot, just like back home in LA. If you're in the area, definitely stop by for a taste of Mexico right here in Liberty.
