I had a western barbecue bacon cheeseburger that was absolutely amazing, and the ice cream? Wow, it's seriously delicious! The staff, especially Katrina, were super helpful when I called about mailing a gift card for Father's Day, and my dad loves their chocolate malts!

I had a western barbecue bacon cheeseburger that was absolutely incredible-whoever makes those knows their stuff! The ice cream is out of this world too, and the service was fantastic; Katrina, the manager, went above and beyond to help me mail a gift card for Father's Day, complete with a sweet note!

I waited for 10 min by the drive thru window. They asked me to move to a parking spot in front of the business. I waited for another 20 min. I drive back around. She says. ". Ohhh we don't know what happened to your order Ummm it just disappeared. Would you like me to make you another order. So you can wait another 20 min. I just got a refund and left. All I ordered was a single cheese burger and fries. What a shame.

They have multiple negative reviews on other sites for bad service. This is the 3rd time I have waited over 30 min for a cheeseburger. Won't happen again.
I am going looking to see about reporting to the BBB.

There are not many restaurants in Hillsboro. But this is one of the best restaurants. Very fresh tasting food. Very nice staff. You wont be disappointed if you go there.

We love Rich's! We have been going here for a few years now and we think it is the best frozen custard we have ever had! Highly recommended!!!!
