Had an amazing Italian dinner with about eight courses of fresh, home-cooked dishes served family style by Danny, who's as entertaining as he is talented. The vibe is super casual and welcoming, BYOB, cash only, one seating at 6 PM on weekends, and you just trust that whatever Danny puts out will be delicious and plentiful.

The dining experience at Trattoria Calabria was truly unforgettable. From the welcoming atmosphere to the delicious family-style meal, every aspect exceeded expectations. It felt like a culinary journey through Italy, guided by the talented chef Danny. The quality of the food and the warmth of the host made it a night to remember.

This was our second time dining at this establishment. It was excellent. The owner makes you feel comfortable immediately. This is a BYOB place, but there is delicious ice tea available and you can serve yourself. The atmosphere is being in someones living room, nothing fancy at all, but again , very comfortable. Nothing is rushed, making for a relaxed dining experience. Food is served family style with plenty to go around, and leftovers to take home. There were 6 or 7 courses to this meal, each one delicious. The owner at one point asked who liked long hots as he had just picked from his garden, so he decided last minute to serve t hem as well, cooked up in olive oil and garlic. Yum. The antipasto was the best I have had in the area and the bread (stop right here) is unreal, seriously , if you go for no other reason , the bread alone is worth the trip, even if you hate Italian food, go for the bread. : ) We had a course of delicious tender pork in sauce and served with a side of greens and beans which were also really good. We had pasta and meatball and a eggplant Parmesan that was the absolute best ever. We all complained about full tummy's but agreed we cant wait to do it again! : ) Lots of laughs, delicious food family style, relaxed home atmosphere, what more could anyone want for an evening out and a more unique dining experience.
