The event venue for the wedding shower at Sons of Italy in Binghamton, NY, was unexpectedly similar to a VFW or American Legion building, with a banquet hall, kitchen, and bar. The staff at the venue were very friendly, and the food was served family style with three courses: pasta with pork, salad with oil and vinegar dressing, and a main course of chicken Marsala with sides like green beans and potatoes. The banquet hall comfortably accommodated around 80 people, leaving plenty of extra space for guests to move around.

Friday fish dinner was excellent!
