I discovered that the word "Pure" is actually an anagram of "Peru," which made me wish I had participated in Martha Sosa's Scavenger Hunt this week to put my skills to the test. Martha, the owner of Pure Peru, continues to impress with her delicious Peruvian dishes, now available at festivals and private events while we eagerly await the opening of her future restaurant.
