I absolutely love Popo; she's a wonderful person and an incredible cook who always brings fresh ideas to the table. My partner and I were exploring for breakfast when we discovered a charming pink food truck that caught our attention, and we decided to give it a try. The sandwiches were generous and tasty, and while the hash browns were just okay, the overall experience was marred slightly by some political signage that felt out of place for a business setting.
