I've always had great experiences with Ruth's Brownie Kitchen, despite the negative reviews. Their brownies are moist and delicious, and the manager, Kevin, is very responsive to emails. The only issue I faced was a delay in delivery due to a mix-up with the mail service, but overall, ordering through Groupon was easy and the treats were tasty.
