16 Handles on Mamaroneck Ave offers a variety of froyo flavors and toppings in a clean environment. While indoor seating is no longer available, the service is friendly and the froyo delicious.

Bad service. I visit this store a few times each week. Flavors are often out. When this happens, the staff seems generally unaware and surprised, but are able to resolve with only a short wait. Tonight I arrived and the Eurotart flavor was out. The staff seemed too preoccupied with closing early, rather than to assist me with my order. They had some excuse as to why they could not resolve the issue. There are plenty of other options out there, especially when I am paying $13 for a cup of frozen yogurt. I traveked from another town, but I left without getting what I cane for. I won't be going back to the White Plains location again.
