The bagels here are incredible, always fresh, soft, and chewy, making it my favorite shop in the area. With a fantastic variety and competitive prices, I've consistently enjoyed their delicious offerings over the years, including the toasted everything bagel with veggie cream cheese. Even during busy weekends, the quality remains exceptional, and I find the experience well worth it, whether I order in advance or enjoy them fresh on-site.

Cranford's best is the worst place me and my co workers ever dealt with. I ordered two orders of the pork roll sandwich, I only received one order of it. The owner had the audacity to tell me that I was wrong and I never ordered two orders and that he doesn't know what I am talking about. I continued to be polite and keep my cool saying that i got charged for two orders and that they clearly made the mistake. He turned it over on me and yelled at me saying that I am clearly wrong and I never ordered two. I than said I will not be ordering from them and you just lost a customer he said you won't be ordering from here anymore? Then I won't be sending you your second order. I couldn't believe the OWNER!!! Of this store spoke to a customer like this. What a SCUM BAG!!! Everyone in the office heard the call & we have it recorded. If anyone knows if there is a way I can post this call I would LOVE to share it with you all. ONE OF THE WORST PLACES I EVER DEALT WITH. AND THIS PLACE SHOULD GET SHUT DOWN ESPECIALLY WITH THE WAY THE OWNER SPOKE TO ME. F-CK THIS PLACE.
