A lunch fit for a cowboy on a chilly day! The spud was the size of a small planet with heaps of delicious toppings. I went for the Cowboy potato, sans meat, and boy was it a flavor explosion! The service was quick and friendly, and the scents wafting from that little shack could rival any scented candle out there - yum!
