The food at Graft is exceptional, with a fantastic array of small plates, salads, and entrees made from local, fresh ingredients that are skillfully prepared, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it my favorite dining experience in Watkins Glen, highlighted by standout dishes like the steelhead trout and tofu bowl, along with an impressive selection of local wines and ciders.
