Did not know it was cash only until we were ready to pay and they were very rude about it. Overall, not a welcoming place. It also seemed dirty. Would not stop in again!

Located in Ligonier, PA, Ruthie's Diner offers excellent home-cooked meals at affordable prices, making it a favorite spot for locals. The friendly staff adds to the welcoming atmosphere of this traditional diner that serves generous portions of delicious comfort food. While it's cash-only and the ATM may be down, the overall experience at Ruthie's is exactly what you'd expect from a classic greasy spoon diner.

TELL IT LIKE IT IS. SO IMPRESSED WITH EATING AT RUTHIES OVER THE PAST 15 YRS. I TOOK MY WIFE HERE NUMEROUS TIMES IN A WHEEL CHAIR. SHE HAD DIFFERENT MEDICAL PROBLEMS BUT IT DIDN'T STOP HER TO GO TO OUR FAVORITE RESTAURANT. BEST OF THE BEST AND I TELL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO ENJOY A TRIP TO RUTHIES. KEEP UP THE GREAT TRADITION OF FINE FOODS AND DESSERTS. GOD BLESS YOU ALL FOR MAKING OUR DAY WHEN WE COME TO EAT AT RUTHIES. 😁👍👌🙌🙏😇❤️
