I recently visited Roburrito's in the York Central Market and was delighted to see a sign highlighting their vegan and vegetarian options. The staff recommended trying the potato burrito with mushrooms, and I was pleasantly surprised by how large and satisfying it was. The stand, designed to look like a food truck, added to the fun atmosphere of the market, and I look forward to returning on one of the days it's open to explore more of their delicious offerings.
