A group of 25-30 had reservations. We had ONE waitress and she was NEW. This was not her fault, but I feel it was the fault of the manager. We waited and waited for our food AND drinks. Service was awful. I asked for my check at 6:50 and at 7:30 I finally went to the bar to get it. The poor waitress had to call the manager in her office and get help over the phone. Why did the manager not come to help this waitress as the customers waited almost 40 minutes for their checks! I shall not be going back and think that probably I am not the only one. This place is run terrible.

Very poor service. Waited one hour for food. Waitress kept giving excuses. We were the last people served and the first to be seated. Other patrons in the restaurant were making comments about our service. 30 minutes waiting and the waitress brought us someone else food. Another 30 minutes and we we served our meal.

I had lunch at flicks yesterday with my granddaughter and our experience was great. Our meals and salad were very good, and the cream of crab soup excellent. Our service was good as well, altho there were only a half dozen or so patrons. Id go back or recommend them anytime.

Ate at Flick's recently upon the recommendation of some neighbors. Although the atmosphere and location were good for me, the rest of my dining experience was less than satisfactory. The AC was turned up so high that I froze the whole time I was there. The cheese steak sub I ordered was barely average. It was small compared to other subs I have gotten elsewhere--maybe 6-8 inches at most--and the sub roll was too soft (not crisp) and too bready. The accompanying potato salad was tasteless (no seasoning) and the potatoes were hard. My friend had a shrimp salad sandwich which was also less than satisfactory. The portion was small, the shrimp were not diced, and there was no seasoning, celery, onions, etc. Tasted very bland. Shrimp salad should be more than just shrimp in mayonnaise. Her accompanying cole slaw was equally bland with much too much mayo. The side order of French fries was just okay--limp potatoes, greasy, and too small a portion. Overall our dining experience was less than satisfactory and it is unlikely that we will return there.
