The pernil and BBQ ribs I had were incredibly flavorful, and the arroz con guandules complemented the meal perfectly, despite being a bit oily. This family-owned restaurant boasts a lively atmosphere filled with vibrant Puerto Rican and Taino artwork, creating an inviting dining experience. With generous portions and attentive service, El Rincon Caribe is a must-try for anyone craving authentic Puerto Rican cuisine while in the Poconos.

I had an incredible meal with pernil, BBQ ribs, and arroz con guandules that was so tasty, even if it was a bit oily. The vibe is fantastic, and the staff is super friendly, making the whole experience enjoyable. El Rincon Caribe is a small family-owned spot near Great Wolf Lodge, and I can't wait to go back for more delicious Puerto Rican food!

Do not waste your Money!!! Everything was SO SO SO GREASEY!!!! OLD FRYER OIL!!! Would say they never change the oil until it runs out & just tops it off instead of cleaning!!! This place is GROSS!!! Won't even put outside for animals!!! Which they wouldn't eat either!!! Should of threw the money out on the street instead of paying for this GARBAGE!!! Dog or cat food would taste better!!! $25.00 for a greasy Cuban sandwich, plantains,rice with maybe 4 beans & 2 empanadas!!! NOTHING EATABLE!!! BE AWARE!!! Frozen section at grocery store is so much better!!!! WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!
