The food here exceeded my expectations, especially the Bun Bo Hue with chicken and the pork vermicelli bowl with egg roll, all bursting with authentic flavors. The attentive service and friendly staff, including the knowledgeable owner, made the experience even better, and my whole family enjoyed a variety of dishes from pho to Vietnamese crepes and refreshing drinks.

The food at Fusion Palace was really satisfying, especially the Bun Bo Hue with chicken and the pork vermicelli bowl with an egg roll on the side. The service was excellent, with the waiter providing great suggestions that did not disappoint. My kids enjoyed the grilled chicken Pho as well, making it a great dining experience for the whole family.
