When visiting the Fauquier Hospital, I decided to try their food offering and was pleasantly surprised by the delicious options available. The friendly staff and variety of choices, including a tasty chocolate cake, made the dining experience enjoyable. Despite the slightly higher prices, the convenience and quality of the food make it a worthwhile choice, especially when in need of a hot meal while at the hospital.

It's very nice that the bistro offers Tuesday and Thursday senior nights at a special rate however the food is never hot it's room temperature at best! And when you offer mashed potatoes they always run out because you don't make enough to accommodate everyone. Instead of making an extra rice dish or another side item, just MAKE ENOUGH mashed potatoes or whatever the side is that you offer. It's easier to make enough of one dish then to make one or two other sides because you know that you're going to run out! The macaroni and cheese is one of the worst tasting side dishes they offer. It has no cheese and no flavor! Other than these issues that they could remedy easily the staff are accommodating and the atmosphere is nice. Well done everyone!

This once was very good but had gone downhill at an alarming rate and now it is a stretch to give it two stars.
