This restaurant, formerly known as Joe's Noodle House in Rockville, has now relocated to Gaithersburg under the name Jen's. I had the pleasure of trying their delicious Yellow Bird dish, complemented by decent food and service. The owner, who may have previously owned a Chinese restaurant with a similar naming convention, offers a blend of Hunan, Cantonese, or Taiwanese cuisine.
