Amazing food, amazing service, amazing decor

So I've been wanting to try this place for a while now and tonight I decided to try. I went with something I thought was simple and easy, buffalo wings. Omg was I disappointed! The wings they sold me was old, dry, mushy, nasty and I can't believe Dougie's actually sold this trash to people. I'm totally disappointed and upset because the chef or whoever prepared my order knew this was a mess. Some of the pieces of so called chicken wasn't even identifiable. I think this is a turn off and I'm not curious about eating here again!
