Shell's Deli 365 on Reisterstown Road near the library offers amazing $5 dinners that are worth every penny. The fried chicken and whiting are my personal favorites, and the sides like can green beans are surprisingly delicious. The service is exceptional, with a warm greeting as soon as you walk through the door.
