Our family was there today for dinner. A lady with a ponytail and glasses was our waitress. We were not given water so my mom had to ask 3x. The food came out of order (entrees came first than the soup and some were ice cold), we asked if we could have the food come altogether, the waitress said NO.

When the waitress handed us the check, my mom decided to give a 10% tip due to really bad service. While my mom was writing the total of the bill with the tip, the lady abruptly interrupted her and said, "10% only, Don't come back here" my mom was agitated and said "your service sucks".

The waitress grabbed the check stormed out out and told us again "don't come back here!". Pissed, we went near the kitchen and demanded to get the check back and remove the tip. The waitress said, "I don't have the check, f***** you and your family".

I have never seen such appalling service in my life. Please do not go here and spend your hard earned money (just go to Panda express across the street - at least they have better service and I'm sure they won't curse you)
