Craving authentic Vietnamese flavors, I dove into a bowl of hu tieu with chewy clear noodles, shrimp, fish balls, and calamari that was bursting with umami and perfectly balanced broth. The duck egg noodle soup offered a unique blend reminiscent of Peking duck, while the attentive, quick service and lively atmosphere made the experience satisfying despite some minor quirks.

I tried a few dishes at this Vietnamese restaurant in Eden Center and found the food to be decent with flavors that satisfied my craving. The service was attentive and the atmosphere was welcoming, making it a good spot for a simple meal.
