This small family-run trailer on the corner of 210 and 401 serves authentic Oaxaca-style Mexican food that locals rave about, with favorites like tlayuda and quesabirria tacos that you rarely find elsewhere. The service is friendly and straightforward-you order at the counter and pick up your food when it's ready, enjoying your meal at the handful of outdoor tables while soaking in the casual, clean atmosphere. Though the salsa isn't my favorite, everything else from the well-seasoned Texas fajitas to the perfectly cooked rice keeps me coming back, especially since it's all reasonably priced and consistently delicious.
