Upon checking my bag, I noticed one of my sandwiches was missing. I spoke with Cassie, an employee, who promptly addressed the issue and remade my sandwich with a sweet and apologetic attitude. The service was great, and my favorite lettuce wraps were absolutely delicious, making this my go-to sandwich shop. The variety of sandwiches, fresh toppings, and efficient ordering process through their app make this place stand out as one of the best I've tried.
