The food here is consistently fresh, flavorful, and reminds me of genuine home-cooked Southern meals, with fried chicken, mac and cheese, and collards standing out as favorites. Although the service can be a bit slow at times, the friendly staff and delicious dishes make every visit worthwhile, and the desserts, especially the red velvet cake, are exceptional.

We have been there a few times and enjoyed it at first, but the last two times stopped me from endorsing the place. The service by this one server was lousy, the portions were small and we waited close to an hour to get our meal. Not going back.
