The bagel shop I visited today had such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with a friendly staff that truly cares about their customers. As my son used his first credit card to buy me a bagel, the employees went above and beyond to make our experience special, even giving us a generous bag of bagels as a gift. It's rare to find such genuine kindness and exceptional service, making this place a true gem in our neighborhood that we'll definitely be returning to.
