Today my usual bagle shop closed early. I called HOTBAGELS in Fair Lawn to place an order. When asked what would I like.. I requested a plain bagle with sausage, egg and cheese. I was rudely interrupted stating " There is no grill.....we don't cook that sh-t here! Goodbye" and the phone slammed. Ummmmm....you may have the best bagels around but with that type of customer service.. .I will never know because I will never give a dime to support this small business. Shame on them!!!
