I've been feeling quite anxious lately, but I've discovered that my morning routine of brewing coffee with my trusty Stanley pourover set and listening to lo-fi music helps me find some peace. The process of patiently boiling water and performing the pour over ritual has become a calming and cherished part of my day that I look forward to.
