The "MenuPix User" who left the one star on 1/27/23 is a lunatic or a liar. I am the owner and no such incident as described has EVER happened at the Pocono Cheesecake Factory. So either he is schizophrenic or working for the "bakery across the road" and is trying to smear us for some reason. Get a life.

owner is the biggest ahole in the business! Chased my daughter out of the store when she lost her car keys and her phone died. Just wanted to get warm and charge her phone. Told her no! She went to the new bakery across the road in tears and not only did they let her sit down, they let her charge her phone and gave her some coffee! BTW the food sucks as well!

Exceptional customer service, and without a doubt the best peanut butter cheesecake ever! Glad that we were passing through and stopped in, but just as glad that we don't live in the area. Addictive ðŸ˜
