The bagels here have an incredible balance of a crisp exterior and pillowy soft interior that makes every bite deeply satisfying, especially the fig and Brie on zaatar which brings a unique, flavorful twist. The warmth from the friendly service at the window and the inviting aroma of fresh pastries create an atmosphere that draws me back time and again, making each visit feel like a comforting ritual.
