Man, I can't get enough of these pretzels from the Pretzel Factory! Ever since the new owner took over, the place has been amazing - I've been a regular for about 4 years now. The pretzels are huge and tasty, plus they have all sorts of dips and sides. The service can be a bit off sometimes, but hey, they're all about making pretzels, not about customer service seminars! Can't wait to go back soon for more of those delicious pretzels!
