I absolutely adore these cookies from Insomnia! They are always warm and delicious, especially the deluxe peanut butter cup cookie. The addition of vegan ice cream would take the experience to a whole new level. The staff, like Josh and Daniel, are incredibly kind and make every visit enjoyable.
