This place is amazing! The homemade water ice is incredibly delicious and refreshing, making it the perfect summer night treat. The strawberry lemonade flavor is a must-try - it's the best water ice in South Philly! The mom and pop owned shop has truly mind-blowing Italian water ice that keeps me coming back for more.
