The food truck at Temple University offers generous portions and quick, friendly service. The Jap Chae special on Mondays or Wednesdays is a must-try - the owner is welcoming, the portions are ample, and everything is cooked with olive oil. Whether you opt for the beef or chicken teppanyaki, you won't be disappointed!
