The food truck is still operating and offers a delicious non-spicy hot pot featuring plenty of veggies and a flavorful broth for just $7. I've enjoyed their spicy vegan hot pot and health rice, both of which are satisfying and affordable. The staff is polite, the food is prepared quickly, and it remains a favorite for many who appreciate tasty vegan options.
